Creator
The ceo and founder of Creaprop is Thomas Herremans.
He is a real estate professional with a proven track record in the international real estate business with more then 15 years of experience in residential sales, development and property investments.
He was one of the youngest co-owners and co-ceos of a real estate company in Belgium, Europe and quickly combined his main activity of residential sales with his interest for developments. He became known for finding development plots which were not for sale and concluded transactions based on win-win deals. He assisted private and institutional developers in their research and negotiations with the owners. Once the acquisition was finalised he used his interest in marketing en his creativity to create a story about he new development. This experience is the basis for the developments department of Creaprop.
After 13 years of expanding his company, he wanted to broaden his horizon and moved abroad. He became sales associate at an international real estate group in Malta, a small island in the Mediterrinean and created an investment department inside the company. Once again, he became known for discreet, off-market deals. Today, these experiences are the fundatments of Propquest.
Just before the covid-19 crisis, he decided to move to France, the home country of his wife. Due to the health crisis he founded a new company, specialized in innovative digital marketing solutions for real estate. During the lockdowns , he expanded quickly to several other European countries and added multiple, innovative solutions to his services. His experiences were used to create Distinctprop.
